Cancellation Policy

When you book a private event with Your Southern Gents LLC, you’re reserving professional talent, curated entertainment, and time-sensitive services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, please read and understand our booking terms below: ✅ Booking & Payment Payment is required to secure your date and the performer(s). Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received, and a confirmation email is sent. 🚫 Refunds & Cancellations All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind. If you cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeited. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy We understand life happens! You may reschedule your event once at no additional cost, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 3 months of the original date. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the booking. 📍 Location Requirements Client is responsible for providing a safe, private space for the performance. We require a cleared performance area and access to music playback (Bluetooth speaker, AUX, or similar). Any unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in performers ending the show early — no refunds will be issued. 👯‍♂️ Performer Safety & Behavior Our dancers and staff are professionals. Clients and guests must treat them with respect. Physical aggression, harassment, or intoxicated misconduct will result in immediate termination of the show. The performers reserve the right to refuse participation if they feel unsafe or disrespected. 📸 Media & Recording There will be a portion of the show at the end dedicated to taking photos and videos. Please refrain from taking any pictures or videos otherwise and please communicate with your dancer for more information.
